Fico MMS-LM Top Foil
The Fico MMS-LM for Top Foil is the manual counterpart to the AMS-LM Top Foil automatic molding system, designed for single-sided MAP products such as BGA and QFN. Featuring innovative Top Foil technology, it enables bleed-free production of exposed die products.
A special foil creates a soft sealing layer between the mold and the product. This eliminates the need for the additional cleaning step after molding, improving efficiency, product quality and saving costs.
