Besi has reinvented leadframe molding with the AMS-X, responding to the growing market demand for power products and higher densities on larger leadframes. The AMS-X sets a new industry benchmark with its innovative design and performance.

Featuring newly developed plate presses, the AMS-X boasts an extremely compact and rigid construction. Each press includes four clamp modules that deliver high and even clamp force around the product, ensuring a bleed-free end result.

With its modern UX design, the AMS-X is also the most user-friendly molding system Besi has ever produced, combining advanced technology with intuitive operation.

Universal platform

The AMS-X is built around its core, consisting of an Infeed Module, 3 Molding Presses and an Outfeed Module. This universal platform can be completed by adding a variety of modules, including different loading and offloading modules, as well as a wide selection of modules designed to process both unmolded and molded leadframes.
