Fico MMS-LM
The Fico MMS-LM is a dedicated molding system designed for single-sided MAP products such as BGA and QFN. Developed specifically for small production batches and molding process parameter optimization, it allows new products to be developed and fine-tuned using original molds before scaling up to large production volumes.
The Fico MMS-LM’s intuitive design enables fast introduction of new products using test molds. Like its automatic counterpart, it supports V-pin molds, which, especially when combined with high vacuum, provide precise control over cavity vacuum for superior molding results.
