Besi Austria was founded in 1986 and has been part of the Dutch Besi Group since 2005. Our company, one of Besi´s R&D facilities is located in Radfeld, Tyrol, where we have employees from over 25 nations.

Your areas of impact
- R&D Projektcontrolling der Besi Die Attach Division (Österreich, Schweiz, Singapur)
- Erstellen der Anträge für Forschungsprämien und –gelder für R&D Projekte in Österreich und Europa
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des monatlichen Berichtswesens (Monatsabschlussanalysen inkl. Soll/Ist-Vergleiche)
- Unterstützung beim quartalsweisen Planungsprozess und bei Soll/Ist-Vergleichen
- Durchführung interner Kontrollen und ad-hoc Analysen
- Erstellung von Statistiken
- Zentrale Ansprechperson von Finance Seite für das R&D Management und die R&D Projektleitung
Your capacity for excellence
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Studium, HAK, HBLA) mit Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft/Controlling
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (vor allem Excel), idealerweise SAP-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung (idealerweise Buchhalterkurs)
